Dwight Witcher founded environmental Process Systems in 1996. Dwight has been in the environmental industry for 33-years. He started his career in 1977 as a field inspector for the State of Arkansas Dept of Pollution Control and Ecology, now known as the Arkansas Dept of Environmental Quality. Dwight was responsible for enforcing all state and federal environmental regulations as well as emergency response. He went on to work for a short period as an operations manager for an on-site cleanup company in the oil and gas drilling industry. In 1986 he began working for Trigon Engineering Company of Little Rock and worked in both equipment sales and construction project management. In 1996 Dwight negotiated the purchase of Trigon's environmental division and began his business as Environment Process Systems Inc. also known as EPS.
Zac Witcher, Dwight's son, joined the company in 2004 as project coordinator. He is now a company partner and integral part of EPS. Both Dwight and Zac have their Class 3 license in plant operation and are also licensed contractors. EPS is bonded and insured for the construction industry.
Since 1996, EPS has expanded their business from equipment sales to new construction, water and wastewater plant renovation and upgrades, as well as wastewater plant operations. EPS has experience in every process in treating wastewater. The repeat business EPS garners is a testament to the quality of work they perform and the relationships they develop.
